All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and all items must be paid for in full. Only one transaction is permitted per order. Because we are using Paypal, a secure gateway for online payment there is no need for Sill_life to record your credit card details. Paypal allows transactions to take place in real time and goes through Paypal system meaning no credit card details are recorded. We would love for you to be part of the Sill_life community so the information that is provided by you is used to form our database. Being a part of this database means you will be up to date with Sill_life happenings on an ongoing basis and we would very much like to keep you up to date on new products, various specials and sale items.
Payments must be made in full via credit card. Only one payment will be accepted per order. Prices listed on our online store are in New Zealand dollars and will be billed to you in NZD.
Dispatch & returns
Please ensure that you will be home to receive your Sill_life purchase, or leave a note where the plant can be left. Please note we do not post to PO Box addresses. Should you choose to, orders can also be delivered to work address.
Its important to note that we deliver on a weekly basis. Tuesday is our delivery day each week. In some cases there may be delays with postage. This may be due to external factors and Sill_life can not be held accountable for these delays. Furthermore cancellations will not be accepted should a delivery be late.
A copy of your receipt will be provided via email. A hard copy of your receipt will also be provided upon receiving your purchase. It is important to hold on to a copy of your receipt should you have any problems with your purchase or wish to exchange your purchase.
Loss of parcel
In the event that a parcel is lost in transit, Sill_life will either replace or refund the item. However, if the item can be tracked to the place of delivery stipulated in the esale, Sill_life will not liable for this loss.
In the unfortunate instance that we make a mistake and an item is out of stock but paid for in full, You will be notified and refunded as soon as possible.
Returns & exchanges
Sill_life does not accept returns or exchanges on any of our potted plants. Due to the fragile nature of our plants, we ask that purchases are final.
Damaged or health of plant
As we care immensely for our plants, we guarantee the plant/s should arrive to you in perfect health. It is your obligation to follow the care instructions, and provide your plant/s with the love and attention they deserve. We personally deliver our plants within Auckland, so we can guarantee they will arrive in 100% condition. With nationwide orders, because couriers are couriers, we cannot guarantee your plant will arrive damage free. However we do our upmost to ensure that your goods are packaged safely. If your plant/s arrive tipped upside down, we apologize on behalf of all couriers. We suggest the plant is re-settled in its pot immediately, and an extra dose of care and attention be provided. If your pot is broken we will replace the pot only. Your plant/s if cared for correctly will survive until the replacement pot arrives.
